Jog - you'll sweat the chemicals out. Basically do anything to get as much liquid out of you, sauna, workout, whatever. And, as said before, drink a lot and piss as often as you can. I'm not sure about THC's physical properties, but that's the usual solution.

Anyway OP, if you go get your physical at your physician you should have doctor-patient confidentiality. That means that legally, he can't tell anyone. It stays between you and him. Sure, he's not supposed to tell everyone but the suitable authorities, capable of revoking your rights to compete with non-smokers.
