So is the Disgaea anime adaptation any good? I've heard mixed reviews. I'm sorry for not being up-to-date with this stuff, I'm not an avid watcher. I'm kind of stuck back in 2006 when it comes to anime.
Also, I thoroughly enjoyed Slayers and Excel Saga, what other series are out there in the same vein? shknbk and <VET>Jasper recommended FMP: Fumoffu, so I'll get around to watching that eventually.

Saw some pretty trippy dreams last night, remembered many. Here are the dreams condensed shortly:
1. My sister went all Higurashi and started murdering people, complete with the creepy laugh.
2. I was at a bar, bought a drink but my ID was not working for some reason, so I had to go to a barn to drink it. Then went back to the bar and was pissed so I smashed the cup on the floor and acted like a very angry dude.
3. I was flying some plane, bombing enemy bases, and then one of the bombs was a nuke and the blast wave threw me into outer space.
4. I was at school, doing some festival work, talked with some people and it was all cool.
5. I was fighting in WW2, shooting enemy tanks in my tank. Then got ambushed by a squad of crazy Japanese, got hit by several bullets and then one of them rushed to me with a sword and stabbed me in the chest. Then he said "eyes next" and I said "fuck no" and took a sword of my own and fought his ass, lost my arm in the process but survived somehow.
6. A short lucid dream. Spent the time (at Mars) touching a table amazed at how incredibly realistic it was. I felt the wooden surface and kept slapping it before waking up.
7. I was in space, in a shuttle, which was sending out a strange signal causing aliens to find us and diplomacy ensued.

If your using w7 you can simply turn volume down in the windows volume mixer. That is if nothing else helps.
