I just visited the nether in minecraft. What a useless place, just got some sulphur, some of the new blocks and a shitton of shrooms. And the ghasts' are annoying.

And the ghasts' are annoying.[/QUOTE] Well, after all it's just meant as a means of transportation since every block you move equals to 16 blocks in the normal world meaning that you move 160 blocks away if you move 10 blocks giving you a very effective way to travel without having to go through the same old places you have already been. It's worth the effort of gaining the obsidian for two portals if you like traveling.

Doesn't really work at the moment though.
