For those who are unfamiliar, Memories is a 1995 film broken up into three short films: Magnetic Rose, which is about a garbage crew in space that get a distress signal from some unknown ship; Stink Bomb, which involves a biochemist, government and chemical weapons; and, Cannon Fodder, which is really awesome. All of which are written by Katushiro Otomo the creator of Akira, but only Cannon Fodder is directed by him.
If Otomo can do anything right, it's assemble major players in the business and put them to good fucking use. Koji Morimoto, the founder of Studio 4C, directs while Yoko Kanno, (GiTS: S.A.C, Cowboy Bebop, Macross Plus, etc.) does the music for Magnetic Rose. The screenplay was done by Otomo and Satoshi Kon, (Perfect Blue, Millenium Actress, Paranoia Agent, etc.)
Tensai Okamura, director of Stink Bomb, has done his fair share. Storyboards and animation for NGE, GiTS, and Cowboy Bebop. With some really sick music by a rather unknown Jun Miyake.
And Otomo, who need not be explained.

Leaving the FPS at 0,0 makes it laggy. Change it to 0,06 (same speed across all browsers, equivalent to 18FPS) or 0,04 (Browsers like Chrome will be laughed at, equivalent of 24FPS).
