I can for example understand why a show like Panty & Stocking is ranked 1350, there are a lot of "butthurt" western cartoon lovers as well as the comedy being pretty much the same and just basing itself on sex and making as many references and sexual gags as possible.

Because I see nothing in it that can grant it as much hate as it does. The art, the jokes, the music, the stories, the characters. I don't see how it can be so bad when compared to oh so many other shows.
If it had been around 1000-1500 then it would be more understandable, but 2259 is just insane and odd.

Compression ratio is a variable depended on the filetype and the file content at the low level
I can say that I am able to compress a whole gigabyte file filled with nothing but 00s down to a few hundreds of kilobytes using WinRAR
