I mean, 2 a week aint gonna kill you, but don't drink any more that 1 a day.
I have usually two a week before working. I haven't had any problems at all with my internal organs. Its just my body thats fucked up :D

anyway energy drinks are tasteless to me so i've drink 3 kinds and the only good one was Rockstar Energy

Taurine is not evil its organic acid
its pretty harmless in small amounts and its good for your liver
And Guarana is pretty much South American coffee
Taurine is made by your body. It makes all it needs, therefore (in moderation) the extra you take in from the drinks doesn't really do anything.
Guarana isn't harmless either.
