my coping mechanism is something my dad taught me a long time ago when I was young:
I go to car lots and look at cars. Not like, ford, etc, or whatever you have, like the used car lots. there's one that's close by I can see from my window, and they've got old cars and they're in fantastic condition.
I don't know why it's so relaxing though

yes I do music too, I've played the viola since I was in the hell I don't know what year of school though usually it gets me all excited.
My coping mechanism, which I used in middle school and highschool to help me not think about the beating I was getting from the bullies, was to have conversations with myself and try to philosophically determine the entire universe around me as whether being as I perceive it or as something different.

I was fortunate enough to never be [i]physically[/i] bullied, despite being unable to handle myself socially I could handle myself physically and people figured that out

Every night my cat comes into my room and knocks everything off my wardrobe, and if i close the door to my room he scratches it and meows loudly, waking everyone up anyway.

No cat is free. They come with the price of owning a cat.
Not that much of an issue if you like pets. just means i'll have to go buy dust filters for everyone's pc at home.
