I already eat very little meat.
Everything is set with lentils (And other beans), homemade mac and cheese, almonds, peanut butter, nuts in general, spinach, avocado, milk, eggs, fish (I ain't no vegan), tea, mushrooms, peppers ect.
Catch up on anything else with a few vitamin supplements.
Don't need meat, certainly don't need tofu garbage.
