Having health care is a civil right. I'm pretty sure they would be proud.
Healthcare is not a civil right.
As I said, I made the topics bold, and more importantly, highlighted the one that bugs the most out of people and italicized ones that are obviously beneficial.

Yeah I saw. Not to sure why I quoted you on it though. Thanks.
I just wish they'd stop rushing to get shit done. That's my main problem with Obama's administration, they can't slow down and fine-tune anything for shit. It seems like he can't sit still for a moment and take everyone's opinions down without bitching about them.
Of course it's not free. Let me rephrase:
Health care as a civil right: In this case being a service that every American should have the opportunity to have regardless of their income or gender or any characteristic. No US citizen should be turned down.
No it isn't. You can't demand that anyone provide a service to you for free. I'm pretty sure Jefferson or somebody said something like that.
A right is something you can demand.
Technically, it could fall under the "provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity" bit of the Preamble.
(just a guess at why you make the argument from a constitutional standpoint)

I never said he didn't do anything, I said he did things far too quickly. But this is going to degrade into a shitfest because I said that, so w/e

It's all good Panda man, you made me clean it up and easier to read.

Nah it's fine. I kind of generalized, because everyday in my hick town I hear about how Obama is lazy and doesn't do anything, then when he does something of course they don't like it and whine.

Can you demand that the fire department save your ass if your house catches on fire?
Can you demand that the police will go after criminals in your neighborhood?
Can you demand that the military defend your country if it's invaded?

Ah, yeah. I can understand that.
I don't like it. I understand we need to help people or whatever but all it amounts to is rewarding people for not working and being fucking lazy.

How exactly does it reward people for not working?
By requiring them to buy health care coverage?

Can you explain which parts of the bill specifically encourage laziness and unemployment?
