As far as I can tell, headcrabs created in OnEntityCreated no longer have valid serverside owners if they're generated by killing HL2 zombies.
That's because the hook is now called earlier than before, when the entity is actually created. You can add a 0-second timer that should work for you.

Companies are required to lay out each peace of data they're collecting and why. (GDPR)
I don't see any reason why Geo location, in-game purchases (?) and "request and referral URL" should be collected or even relevant for a sandbox game.
Do also note that Facepunch got breached in 2016.
A lot of servers and users also rely on API's using obscured URL addresses.
To be clear: We were asked to add the GameAnalytics.com stuff, and Facepunch does not store anything that is collected, nor collect anything besides how many players are playing the game. (session length, daily active users)
I just find it confusing that the EULA then requests more consent. It would be the same as a calculator-app on the phone requesting camera and mic access.
Then again, most of the EULA cover functions that are included by default in the GameAnalytics, that (by my guess) are turned off. So could be the reason behind the EULA. (Not a lawyer)

Is there a reason why a website would load on Chromium but not Awesomium? It's nothing related to JavaScript, HTML or CSS incompatibility, it just straight up doesn't display ANYTHING. No errors in the console, either. No way to really debug this.
At this point I wonder why we're not just letting Windows use Chromium, and the Linux / Mac Awesomium still, until it works for them.

It was a matter of time, when this issue comes back up.
