Why don't you only transmit a single message with the ball's velocity and target position on paddle hit? The rest can be interpolated clientside.
what about the other paddles position. He would still need to update that constantly, but yes, the ball should be handled clientside.

No, he can send start/stop messages for moving the paddle with a linear motion, and also network the direction.

The only thing I didn't like about Fallout 4 was it's HUD.
Would be better if someone recreated stronghold builiding system from it instead :3

there'll be a filter for it and you'll be able to sort them by clicking on the headers that aren't in that picture
