Yeah except you have no idea what you're talking about.
I can't think of a single way to give someone a virus with Garry's Mod unless you convinced them to download something via url somewhere else. You [b]cannot[/b] execute files via Lua without a module binding a function for that.
You can't send .dll's to your clients so there's no worry.

FYI I wasn't being serious
more than year ago i used darkrp trick:
1) force someone to /call you (didn't remember how - that was some kind of remote player /say i think)
2) pick up phone
of cource he will see that he is talking

You can take .dll's off the client, I know that
but I'm unsure if you can do it the otherway.
That law doesn't apply to video games, the video you're on about is someones real life face and voice in a recording. If you record someones voice over games it doesn't count, which is why most gaming youtubes have no worries about the law regarding this matter.
