Just crack the voting to the public, add a video and a header for each gamemode then use the ratings system to vote. You've taken way too long already exploder- won't be long before this GCC is classed as a failure due to lack of professionalism and judging.
I think the better solution would just be to mark Shotz' as a no-show and continue without his ballot seeing as everyone else as submitted.

Yeah I would prefer to wait rather than have the game modes judged based on videos.

Wayyyy ahead of you on that one, it's the reason I left the judging panel before we even played the games.
How about we just ditch exploder and get every other judges decision? Exploder is honestly making this event longer then it should of been.
This is why this shit shouldn't be run by people who can't take some time off there schedule to manage it.

Exploder set a deadline and he should have stuck to it, not keeping everyone updated just added to the issue at hand.
Next year (if we have one, two years of disaster in a row? c'mon) we need to get an official person to do it that can keep to the schedule and keep things professional.

b ) Call the whole gamemode off
c ) rejudge the whole thing so[B][U] everyone[/U][/B] is there [sp] probably in the next week, so everyone can keep that date free [/sp]
d ) The N/A Scores will be an average of all the other scores
e ) Something else you can come up with

Just use Rhapsody and Willox's judgements or set up a new session. That seems the most statistically fair, considering the situation.
In the meanwhile make a Lua VGUI which gets the ballots from the judges when the hook is ran.
If they didn't manage to judge it on the server just make them judge it on their own time? It shouldn't be too hard to throw up a listen server and get some friends to join.

Bit harsh? Only reason shit went bad this year is because of exploder mainly and because it was run by someone who isn't in the term "Official"
