I most definitely am. Thanks to a BUNCH of help from Jinto, the portal is nearing prototype. I just have to work out.. a lot.. of bugs, and fix some other issues. If darkops would just give me his collisions model I could get a bit further.

We (most me) came up with a few names: [list] [*] Portable Quark Synchronisation Device - PoQSYD [*] Portable Subatomic Synchronisation Device - PSSD [*] Portable Subatomic Bonding Device - PSBonD [/list] You can replace Portable with Handheld, if you wish One comes from the conclusion that this is a handheld, portable device that allows instantaneous multidimensional translation via synchronization on a subatomic level. Hence: Portable Subatomic Synchronsation Device forming Instantaneous Multidimensional Matter Translating Portals PSSDIMTP, or POSSODIMAMATAP :S PSSD is best... Simple to say, the abbreviation is okish too.

The change for portals is purely aesthetic - you can't do anything [i]new[/i] physics-wise. Why the fighting?
Of course this is a total rip from VALVe and it's Portal game. Jinto made all the extra tools and did a shot load of math for this new Portal gun. Of course this is going to be a put together of everything. So what? No one else wants to put it all together into one, except us. We will not take all the fucking credit. We hope everyone will enjoy our end results. Jinto and BlackOps, I will ensure that you have the 2nd and 3rd posts and I will FORCE people to Lua King you.

You do realize that the only part of that FacePunch Studios lettering you'd see is the Face Stu Most of the time.... The logo inside of the aperture symbol...maybe. Maybe.
