Ive already lost all hope in the garrysmod community as it is, This just makes me regret ever being a part of it.
As for the OP, No one will help you with DARK RP, Its an over-hyped gamemode that no one with a real brain uses/plays.

Yeah...It was dumb also. I will say something that people say 1000000 times but are never heard: DarkRP is a DEAD END! Oh wait. It's not. It's just that all the servers install DarkRP and instantly remove hungermod, so that they provide less RP, install SUPER WEAPON PACK 15, so that they can provide the best RDM experience, and launch their server. If there was 1 server which had coder doing something different than trowing 20 addons into the server's addons folder and saying that they are great, and actually fixing/cleaning/unlagging darkrp then this server would be successful. There was on server which had toilet plugin and was actually serious but just cause it was harder to get guns it was mostly empty. It was on rp_construct or something like that, which is much better than another overused, laggy map. But no matter how "serious" your server is, I'm sure it's an ordinary DarkRP on downtown_v2 or downtown_fiend(which provides better lag experience), with people running on streets and screaming on their mics " IWANTZ MONEY!!!". But that's just me.

Well, I would understand why you would think of this, but it really was not the case. People were opening shops, others were being street musicians by hitting prop buckets with a prop crowbar, others making radio and TV stations, the police actually doing their jobs and those who do have an illegal life in money printers, have shops to cover it up.
Weapons and ammo are very expensive and rareley used. Sometimes we have some gunplay and murders, but those lead to police investigations and there is very little RDM, because of the prices, admins and voting system.
And people walking around and screaming for money would be an immediate ban for FailRP.
I amazed a lot of people with the server and I am sure I will continue to do so. You really need to see it to believe it.
To anyone still following this thread, development is proceeding smoothly. I just had the coder also implement the property tax, as a city tax, set by the president. Also adopted a few community suggestions.
If anyone has one, give it here.
