Nope. still slow. I had to change it to sv_allowdownlaod 0 to 1. Because if it's at 0 it says missing maps for others :/
That means that your FastDL still isn't setup correctly. Can you change your sv_downloadurl to [url]http://mudgaming.org/TTTFastMine/[/url] instead of just mudgaming.org/TTTFastMine/
