Well that sucks why they have to ruin its beautiful colours :'(
I know right, fuck the devs I just want to play my gangwars rp!!
I know right, fuck the devs I just want to play my gangwars rp!!
Srsly they are so cancerous they seem to break multiple things each update and wonder why they are getting a decreasing player base. Is Garry's Mod dying? Yes, because the developers are digging a grave for themselves and us. Fingers crossed that they finally change their ways and don't break more than they fix this update.
Hi not sure if this is the right place to post but in the next updates changelog you put near the bottom " Clamped physgun color to above 0" Don't know why this was done but it prevents interesting/unusual physgun colours with no beams being created and ones with beams that are different colour to the physgun decal itself. cl_weaponcolor -99999999999999999999999999999999999 999999999999999999999999999 -99999999999999999999999999999999999 cl_weaponcolor -999999999999 -999999999999 9999999999 cl_weaponcolor -9999 99999999 999999 Thanks.
It is clamped to != 0, not above 0
Is there any way we could get Gmod to not hang on quit under Windows 10 before this update? Otherwise does anyone any useful commands that cause Gmod to instantly force quit? I'd like to alias over quit so I don't have to go into the task manager constantly just so I can relaunch Gmod or another source game.
It's not as easy as "just do it", considering that it doesn't happen to me for whatever reason.
Your talking about steam community here, do you really think they're going to read announcements and not just ask for Cinema on mac in the comments?
Everyone always moans with each update about broken shit and that you were not warned when the update will be coming. I gave everyone the chance to help prevent any major disasters or at least be prepared for the update. If any major problems arise, you have yourself to blame for not testing it or reporting problems, as I can't possibly test every single thing and every scenario singlehandedly. [editline]15th December 2015[/editline] Of course, I thank every single person who did test it and/or reported problems.
Speaking of bugs... Running singleplayer makes the game do this weird half crash where the game still shows up as responding in task manager, but you can't actually interact with the game. Tried running the game with -noworkshop and the same thing happens, but when you set maxplayers to more than 1 then this bug stops happening and you can join fine.

Just wanted to say that the client is running pretty smoothly on Linux. If it wasn't for all text being anti-aliased no matter what, I wouldn't even notice I wasn't on windows.
