Maybe when it is still, it is like the water now... but when something moves through it or it is moved it is a particle??? Meh it is still intensive.... oh well...
Movement in water is just a graphic. The water ripple is just a material...could a particle system that just ran along the surface of water and moved with props that were put into/taken out of the water be possible/feasible?

Name: Saw SWEP Description: You punch the 2 digit code and aim at your target and pull the trigger, the target will then be trapped in a necktrap like in SAW, he/she will then have 30 seconds to figure out the code or they will be killed by the neck trap and their head will explode

A game where you try to catch flying cacti with vacuum cleaners. Oh wait...
A gun that's secondary ragdolls a player and makes them your meat shield. On second thoughts this probably would look really screwed up for the player taking the hostage.

Bees and a bee hive.
A suicide weapon that causes you to have a seizure, splattering the area with blood. Your corpse's skin then falls off; switching to a charred model, then a skeleton.
