What about gun malfunction? Have one of the player's guns be dropped and make it point at the player and shoot. Pretty easy if you think about it, just make a prop spawn in front of them, make it emit a muzzle flash and bullet trail, and console kill the player.

How about gun malfunction? Make the player drop the gun and have it fire at them, killing them.
