Theres a 100 percent chance they will never get farther.

That's too bad, Zeik is probably a Lua pioneer now, right up beside the gold members. I was getting interested too, but nice effort anyway Zeik, you saw how many people thought this impossible, and you proved them all wrong! I WAS gonna suggest switching the prop's collision_group between none and physics :S, but it seems you already got that.

Basically kial is talking about say you have a 50 foot contraption, the front goes in and your in a welded seat in the back of it, what happens to YOU during warp of the contraption?

i asked that question many times, my friend, we will have to find out, i was thinking of making it look like the traveling animation
3rd-person camera or gate-camera would be cool.
travel animation would be a crap gimmick, getting old very quickly. i agree with the 3rd person veiw of the stargate

Who cares. It doesn't really matter, this is mostly an external effect anyway and doesn't really add anything for people who are using it themselves.

It will also get old FAST... he is making it like the show...the show only put that in to kill time...NO ONE ON THE SHOW actually SAW that travel sequence...

so if i weld like 5o props together and feed it through, then pull it out the ones that were fully engulfed will be gone?

Then no-collide the floor props with everything but the objects going through. Should do the trick.
