DCategoryList, DCollapsibleCategory, DProgress, DSlider and DNumSlider are done.
Also fixed the DComboBox's dropdown's skin.
Also added a border gradient on DPanel (and derivate panels) which have a visible vertical scrollbar.

The only thing left is the windows buttons.
