Is it just me, or nav files are not working anymore when loaded from workshop files?
it seems that if a weapon was created outside of a local player's PVS that function won't be called when the weapon does load, will this be fixed sometime?

What function?
It will be called as soon as the weapon actually needs rendering.
What are the causes for "Crazy origin on entity"?

Checked it few times again, just to be 100% sure: game sees *.nav stuff (from gma files) via file.Exist, yet the nav file wont load into the game. Unpacking nav file and dragging it into maps/* will work obviously.
The new mounting order messed up a lot of sounds and models.
I would suggest to revert this change to fix the incompatibilitys.

Has it caused (mounting) issues with anything that isn't pirated content?

Or you could, you know, fix the incompatibilities.
I know this is off-topic but I've been trying to figure this out for a while

I'm having issues seeing stuff correctly like the cubemaps.
Im the only one having issues, tried deleting cache, models, materails from GMod folders.
mat_specular 0 fixes it tho so.

Actually it did.
Like M9K Sounds arent working anymore.
For some people CSS doesnt mount correctly etc.

This happens when you install pirated CS:S (or any other games) content. If the addons exist on the workshop and a server is using resource.AddWorkshop, you'll get the same issues.
There would be no issue if those naughty addons were created properly, either way I don't feel like I need to support them.
Has it caused (mounting) issues with anything that isn't pirated content?
The problem is that many players are using pirated css contents and they will complain about this.
Of course it isnt a problem for anybody. Who purchased those games won't have problems, but maybe we should keep in mind the players that haven't purchased those games?
You should receive an update within the next 10 minutes that'll fix a crash that has been occuring on game-start for Linux clients and map-change for Windows clients.
It also disables crazy physics catching for vehicles. You can enable it again by setting the sv_crazyphysics_vehicles ConVar to 1, which should be fine if you've updated VCMod and no other addons have issues with it.
Updating servers is optional, but if you want the crazyphysics change you should do it.

My server has CSS installed via the addons folder.
Its not pirated. I just moved it from the mounting to addons.
M9k doesnt need CSS to run, I believe.

Just mount it using the mount.cfg

Addons can override any content they want. I believe this to be a useful feature and by throwing an entire installation of Counter-Strike in your addons directory you are asking for issues. Even pre-patch you may have been running in to (much less noticable) problems.
Anything about this Willox?

I don't know if this is because of this update or not but gm_roc seems to be broken, and so are some other modules.
I have a map whitelist that looks at all the maps inside garrysmod/maps/ before letting the server change to them.
Prior to the update, all of the workshop maps were mounted and were being found using file.Find( "maps/*.bsp", "MOD" ).
After the update, I guess something with the mount order changes has made it so the workshop maps aren't showing up using the same code. Is there something I need to change to fix it?

Workshop addons are treated more like real addons now, which means "GAME" would work. I assume you're trying to ignore mounted games' maps? You can achieve that with two separate Find calls to "MOD" and to "WORKSHOP".
I guess it isn't even possible to do what you want to with legacy addons.. kind of sucks.

Apparently WAC (aircraft) keeps getting it's seats deleted by the crazy origin defuse/remove stuff.
Crazy origin on entity [297][prop_vehicle_prisoner_pod]
Defusing!
Removing!
I'm happy to fix this in WAC itself but I was hoping for an possible explanation on why it might think there's crazy origins on the seats? They'll almost certainly be parented to the aircraft if that helps.

I've just finished up a fix for this. Turns out ent:SetParent leaves the physics object of the entity behind, which will fall down until it reaches a point that the crazy physics handler is not happy with. Sometimes they'll just stay about the map though and you'll find yourself running in to invisible props.
These config options will last you until the patch is out.
sv_crazyphysics_warning 0
sv_crazyphysics_remove 0
sv_crazyphysics_defuse 1 // Leave this as 1!
GM/ScaleNPCDamage doesn't seem to call for nextbots. Is this possible to add or are they simply incompatible with hitgroups?

Cheers mate, any idea on when a patch containing that fix is going to go out? I could run those commands on my server but it's more about everyone else who runs WAC. I could give people that as a temporary fix but if they put it in their configs I don't think it will come out again. Thanks!
