Lets start with the HUD.
Font is unappealing
Font is difficult to read.
Colors are too bright.
Colors scheme is no good.
HUD design is too plain/basic
Rectangles in my opinion are too close to the bottom of the user's window.
Now to the Inventory.
DFrame exit, maximize & hide buttons still exist on the top right of the DFrame.
Colors should be lighter(spice it up.). Black & White color scheme... EXTREMELY OVER-USED and it's so plain and ugly in my opinion.
Model is just standing there in the same old position you might as well change up his position to make it look more appealing at least.

Try changing the white lines to a shade of black.

Do you have an obsession with 1px white lines? I think you should get rid of all of them.
Next, the "owned cars" thing. I think it will be better if moved to another tab with same layout as the shop, or if you really need to have both at the same time, Make each take exactly half the screen width and give them the same style.
Try adding a button-like background to the vehicle previews in the shop.
The color picker needs to be removed or moved, it doesn't belong there at all.
Also I really don't get why you have the shop only cover half of the screens height. It looks bad.
Make the shop header same height as the close button. ( or vice versa, make the button bigger, like the buy buttons are, etc, balance it out )
Put some text into the shop header, like current money, the fact that it is a SHOP?
All in all, you have too much wasted space.

Thanks for all the suggestions. The reason the car dealer looks so shit is because I started working on it yesterday, so it's in it's early stage right now.
I might completely re-do the client-side of the dealer, it looks super messy currently.

Reacts appropriately to deaths of other NPCs - says something like "Nice shot!" if the NPC was a zombie, combine, headcrab or antlion.
50% chance of dying from a "heart attack" if the NPC is non-hostile. If he doesn't die, then the range he runs around the map at increases.
Will say something to you when you press E on him. :v: Will become angry if you kill too many birds.
He also hates stairs.
Here's my first store. I'm pretty damn disappointed with it but was so close to finishing it I thought might as well just get it over with. Definitely going to redo it completely though.

You should probably change the colour, that's really hard on the eyes. :frown:

I tested that. One of them dies somehow and then they start tripping on the others' ragdolls, causing a wave of dead Bobs. :downs:
Edit: I did spawn them all near 5 stairs though, that might be what causes it.

Made an attempt, and obviously failed, at making an Overwatch HUD in-game. The progress circle, in the center, is linked up to a simple experience system and the current level is on the avatar portrait.

The font doesn't seem to fit the whole scenario very well. That shade of gray on a white background is just ugly. That shade of green doesn't exactly look good next to or on gray or white. I see a little drop shadow next to the icons I'm not sure if that's part of the icon or not but it just doesn't look good.
Added currency & group bar it was a pain in the ass to make it support for all resolutions. Also changed the original font to a better one.

Record it and convert it to a gif. Alternatively, you can use a screenshot program such as ShareX. It records and makes gifs and does a lot of other cool stuff.
GifCam is an easy way to make gifs of certain areas, resize, record frame by frame, etc.

I also applied some optimizations to lower the file size, so quality is actually a bit lower than the best they have to offer. The optimizations were also done through the site.
Honestly I am very impressed with that site. I googled for a video to gif online converter because I wasn't going to set up a whole thing just for one time, but man that site delivers. Its design [I]appears[/I] amateurish, but it has a wealthy set of features which work just as advertised and have plenty of configuration options.

I'm making a networked marker system similar to Portal 2's so you can easily send a countdown to people on your friends list.
Does anything stand out visually as being off or needing fixing?
I considered using 2D3D but that's going to destroy framerates and only give a moderately better sense of distance.

Also the color of the marker is your physgun color so each player could, theoretically, have their own unique color. The text color is just the marker color inverted so it can always be easily read.
