It's an Off-and-On kind of thing, It's not the fact that Coders can't start up their own, it is more so a personal burden. Personally, It'd take me a LONG time to trust the people on my servers to let them administrate on their own. Even when I do find that group of people, I'm constantly getting hit with:

it's a trade off. you could, but you'd have to focus on the community. you wouldn't be able to take as many jobs, and everything you do is for it.

The car dealer would be your standard civilian NPC, what cars will be sold will be explained via Facepunch or Steam PM. However, 13 cars will be sold in total.

The players will also be able to access a “Customize Car” option in the car dealer HUD, they’d be able to do the following: Add various LED lights beneath a car (yellow, blue, red, etc), change the color of the cars, and import a spray, such as logos or random images from the internet, they could put on the side or hood of the car.

Please make it so cars will not be able to kill or injure anyone if a player is ran over and the driver is not hurt when he/she crashes into objects. Finally additionally ensure the key system so players can unlock/lock their car and allow co-ownership with someone else.

[B][U]Permanent Handgun/customizable parts/TMP store & Notes:[/B][/U]

The permanent weapons dealer would be your standard “gangster” or “thug” NPC. The weapons and customizable parts sold will be based off of the Customizable Weaponry Add-On from the Steam Workshop. There will be 3 handguns (Five seven, glock, and P228), 1 TMP, and 6 customizable parts. The prices are:

All perm handguns will be $1.5 million, the perm TMP will be $2.5 million, and each customizable part will be $1 million.

The customizable parts are: ACOG Scope, Aimpoint, laser sight, reflex sight, rifle reflex, and vertical grip.

For anyone that hasn't read previous pages, Chef Ramsey does not know what he is doing at all, he has scammed and claimed it was "revenge for <insert drama>", he does not have the mental capability to code, he is not worth your time and money.

Jobs for hire:

- Looking for a coder that is into RP scripts but could never quite get there foot in the door. I'm looking for a few different types of coders:

Director: Signs on to be part of the project, and will have full server access, as well as superadmin and a lead role in the community. As the script grows and develops, you will be given a monthly stipend. This is someone who wants to join me and put a lot of love and effort into making a unique RP experience.

Coder: Someone that's interested in contributing to the script in return for administrative rights. - They aren't the most skilled but want to learn and grow with us

Temporary Coder: Someone that's interested in taking odd jobs from time to time, they will pay between 10-40$ a job. I need to build a small network of people who want a few jobs a week.

Temporary Modeler: Looking for someone that can build a working APC, as well as a few other items, such as a police car. With working lights.

My idea, though it has been done in the past, is to fully adapt a RP server into a true Post Apocalyptic RP. I want us to have a "Newly Established" Government with a small group of enforcers, Local law enforcement, a mayor, a farming head, and several companies that compete within the RP.

My general line of thinking is the "Government" is working on a plot to retake the world. They are constantly receiving resistance from both Civilians (Who are tired of having resources taken) and local law enforcement. They generally stay hidden at the start of the community. This group will "Develop" as the RP grows and changes. Right now they are just a minor faction that co exist and take what's needed.

I would think adding in several scripts, including those for authorized body guards, as well as "Compounds" - People we trust who can be added via a command for a higher Prop Limit (Call them Builders), would add to a very unique environment. I'd like to see the majority of the props in game come from "Ordering" supplies from companies of various types to create a true city like environment. Ex: Need a fence? Talk to the metal supply. They'll deliver you a truck of 5 fences for 65$.

About me: 25 years old, I've run several RP Communities in everything from WoW, Everquest, GMod, GTA IV to RL groups that still meet. I had a full custom RP script for my servers when I ran them, but want to start totally fresh.

If money is your only motivator, I can still help you. I just want the server to be self sustaining by years end (If it was like the last server group it'll be self sustaining in 2 months). I have extensive coding experience, but I haven't been on GMod trying to code in over 5 years. I'll be a bit rusty, but I'm not a total idiot. I just want collaboration to create a unique community we can all enjoy.

I purchased a 32 slot 200 Megabit server for a start. As we grow I'd like to expand to 2 servers.
