I was just listing the reasons you're banned. You were given another chance after I asked that you not go around exploiting servers anymore. You were given another chance when I asked you to remove or just give credit when someone claimed some code you had copy/pasted was theirs. Those are 2 chances more than most people would get.
You were warned that you were on your very last warning and lots of people have questioned why you were still allowed on the site because of your actions and behaviour. Sellers on CoderHire represent the site and by extension me and the business, so yes, by being on the site you are damaging them with your immature, stubborn, and conceited behaviour.
What pushed it over the edge was calling me dumb for running the site as I see fit and lying about paypal fees to try get someone banned. In the end, you got your money because you won the dispute, and the purchaser lost access to the script, but still had the download so everything was legal.
YES charging back is wrong, but the guy has only ever charged back for 1 item after spending a considerable amount of money on the site, and knew it was wrong to do so after he was told.
And I complied with both of your chances. In fact,I didnt exploit any servers in the first place since like september of 2013, I simply stopped playing gmod to get this fucking retarded drama away. I didnt do shit. On top of that, I just re-wrote the code to be at least different enough to the point Ley would not care -- He never contacted me again. I think he's content. I complied with what you asked.
When someone charges back, I don't give a fuck if it's a choice he regrets, I dont want to give him access because at this point, I can't trust him. I don't know if he's tried to do it to any other scripts, or anything else. I simply don't trust him anymore and he should not be given access "just because"
If you told me beforehand you personally felt like you could trust him as well as it was only a single chargeback, I would've most likely given him access.
I didnt lie about paypal fees either, I possibly was misinformed though. I know for a fact they will make you paypal dispute fees at certain times, and that in my mind was weak reasoning already.
You're incredibly stubborn and refuse to even explain your stance and it's infuriating. Which is the "copy code" shit, seriously? Do you honestly believe 15 lines of "hey I can check a client's data rate versus the servers" is actually complex enough to be warranted as code that I copied? EVEN THEN. I only put it in because the person who gave it to me stated he created it himself, and gave me permission to use it -- Hex.
You don't explain anything and I know your "business" isnt being affected. If you can list a single time someone has refused to buy a script from the site because "Wow Zero is here?!?!" then go ahead.
knew it was wrong to do so after he was told.
I really doubt this is true, he was probably just playing dumb so he wouldn't get banned for breaking a rule many others have been banned for regardless of who won.
It's not actually coderhire related, but what the hell..
Here is a little story.
One of my good customers msg'd me and asked for help, I was happy to help him with the issue so I asked "what is it?", then he replied "Is it possible to hack awesomnium process so it changes everyones clipboard from the copied text to porn link?"
Well, long story short, some guy that was paid to make him a custom ulx command has also added some 'funny' stuff to it that replaces the clipboard with links from eFukt (google it, can't link stuff like that) and the only track of the code he has is:
[lua] local SetClipboardText = SetClipboardText -- #420LocalizeIt[/lua]
Yeah, enjoy. I aren't going back on this one.
You've caused nothing but drama. You've admitted to going on people's servers and laughing as your 'friends' exploited backdoors,
Aha, so he really WAS responsible for that attack on my server! I'd been told prior that he'd done it previously but was uncertain; now it seems it's been validated.

Hey _Undefined do you think you could fix this problem? My Mate keeps fucking bitching at me to post a fucking reply here so he can find out why, He bought a script off that Nico guy who had GodsView before it went down and when he bought it his transaction for buying it got flagged and his account got limited, He's says he's called paypal over 6 times and has been limited for a couple weeks.
Another Mate: My mate recently told me today when he was trying to buy a script off the website his account got limited to.... and I was like wtf my friend had the same issue few weeks ago, But luckly for this friend he called the first time and some Newbie on his first day removed it because it was his first day QQ.

Adam won't be able to help anyone with this as coderhire does not handle any payment processing. He needs to sort it out with paypal, and/or the account of which the money was sent to

You can store entity information in sql. Store enough to reproduce it, depending on what you want such as class, model, position, angle, owner, etc..

Except that it was my code, and HeX did not give you the permission to use it, and you even leaked his AC and leaked, or spread an leaked version of mine.

gg.
If he removes that code, would he be unbanned so he can give support for his addons? I wouldn't mind giving him an anti-speed-hack methodology ( Except coded for GMod in Lua instead of the flow-chart / logic ) that I offered to Arma 3 Devs, and Bethesda / Zenimax for Elder Scrolls Online. I don't know if they implemented it, but it's server-side and works nicely.
It's 18 lines, without a for loop so it'd run quicker. Maybe put him on probation so he can't upload new addons for 3 months, must continue paying the dev subscription, and must provide excellent customer service on top of continuing to play nicely on servers.
I do see his point in terms of he wouldn't be able to stop a friend from trolling or exploiting. It's definitely in poor taste that he laughed about it, because that crap in the video isn't funny. Some people play for money, although scrims are just practice; but losing out on practice when money is on the line is definitely a kill-joy. Losing out on a fun/relaxing game because of blockers is also a kill-joy. But, I've dealt with minges in the past. They typically don't stop when you talk to them, except some do.
Examples: I've caught different people using speed hack or other cheats on a server several times and talked with them for a few minutes ( as admin ) and talked to them respectfully. I told them to turn it off, it's not only obvious but it ruins other peoples fun and it's not tolerated. After giving them a warning while speaking politely with them, they cut it out and never used cheats on that server again. Then again, there are others that blatantly lie, or ignore you. When they get kicked and you talk to them again and again; some either stop, some don't...
It really depends on the person, and if zero knows the guy, and knows he won't stop then there's really nothing he can do. Laughing is definitely poor-sportsmanship but I don't see it as ban-worthy. Should he associate with assholes who ruin a good game? Probably not, but he needs to learn that lesson on his own. Also, if people are going around impersonating him / his name, there's nothing he can do about it. I've had people do the same thing with my name on servers I used to frequent. The admins were ready to ban me, and I talked to them respectfully and asked what was going on and asked what they were talking about. After getting the full story I was able to explain that I had no affiliation, they aren't me, this is my only account and I play it straight. No issues since then and the impersonators were banned.

Not what I meant.
Ofcourse you can store integers, strings, tables and other sorts of variable types, but you can't store the whole userdata.
And I've asked him for the code, he didn't provide anything except shared.lua so I told him that it's not enough, after that he decided to post a review.
I don't really feel like helping someone who quits after one message.

Oh, the plot twist.
And it all comes crumbling down.
This guy, accepted me for a job, then speaks to me, tells me everything to do. I start working on things, then he just makes the job finished, posts another job and then accepts someone else, not before deleting me from Steam.

Enlighten me? What's wrong with my view that intellectual property can and should be protected? If that weren't the case then you wouldn't be able to make money on CoderHire selling scripts because people would just leak them and there would be absolutely nothing you could do about it... What's wrong with asking to use someone elses work first before using it? What's wrong with giving credit where credit is due? Etc... etc.. etc...

I believe he's referring to the copyrights in all your code, and the drama with the particle emitter fix. I personally don't really see an issue with the copyrights, and the particle emitter drama should just be dropped; there were mistakes from both parties.
