You literally say that you removed from your server (meaning you had it on your server) it in the second sentence
Yes I had it(But I had NO knowledge of it being leaked, the second I found out it was leaked I deleted it...)..
Is the coderhire ToS shipped with the addon?
Yes
Yes
The one I was using did not have that... Still I can't know if it's leaked or not..
The one I was using did not have that... Still I can't know if it's leaked or not..
If you look at what you install on your server which all server owners should do you would have known.
Please use the report system on CoderHire to report users instead of the Facepunch thread.
Yes
If he receives it via another source and there's no ToS then he cannot agree or disagree to them. This doesn't mean other action cannot be taken, but using the ToS as an argument is an argument you will lose :v:
Oh! Someone hacked coder-launch, again! good bye coderhires biggest threat! http://coder-launch.com
With the amount of exploits that site had, I'm not surprised.
-snip- Nvm, snipped it out, it's a day old so I bet it was there already.
Whats was changed on coderlauch by the hackers?
I've received the same thing and I think it's because he got his money back.
Looks like paypal sent the IPN notifications for the chargebacks again for some reason.

Not sure if this has been noted but... I get double notifications about pretty much anything.. [t]http://puu.sh/8alPg.png[/t]
I get notifications that a user tried to download my script, but it was corrupt, even though I don't have a developer subscription anymore.
tl;dr?
Intangibles (digital goods) are covered under the Paypal Buyer Protection policy and can be disputed up to 180 days after a transaction is made, in the UK (for now). This will likely mean buyers are going to win disputes more often because PayPal can't give a definite answer on how to prove you digitally delivered something. I think this is going to cause a huge shitstorm for all digital retailers using paypal and they will drop them as a payment gateway.
I know this is probably a stupid idea but can't someone make a really easy way of transferring money from one place to another (not paypal) without all the shit in the middle? If someone gets scammed then let it be on their head for being a dumbass and not being aware? It just seems like PayPal don't know how to deal with all their online goods and have introduced this policy due to some massive corporation telling then to. tl;dr fuck you paypal cunts
Well, looks like I'm porting my server's payments to Google's system.
