Quick question to CH staff. Say I made a job where I wanted the coder to modify an existing script that is on CoderHire, would it be alright to send the creator the script if they don't have it? I know it can be considered script sharing so that is why I ask. Then again a lot of coders offer shit support so there is nothing else you can really do.

You need to get permission from script author.
Is anyone else either getting absolutely no notice before their dev subscription expires or getting an email like "Your subscription ends in 2 hours" (always while I'm asleep)..?
I talked to Adam and he said he added a second notification but it still doesn't work at all for me.

I've changed the subscriptions system to actual subscriptions. Next time you need to purchase the sub, you'll be taken to paypal to setup a recurring payment (which can be cancelled at any time).
This avoids the whole notifications and forgetting to do it thing for everyone.
I don't know when everything started to go really bad with paypal...
But i got a second email notifying about that i must provide a kind of "Tax reporting information"

They'll only ask for this information if they think you are a US citizen. I had a thing a few months ago where I had to declare I was not a US citizen for tax purposes, and never heard anything more.
I'd give them a call. As far as I'm aware, it's up to the tax office in your country to deal with this stuff, not paypal.

Chill. Everyone gets this. If you're not a US citizen, log into PayPal and it should prompt you to enter that info. One of the options it will present to you is "I am not a US citizen". Select that, hit next and Paypal should stop bothering you. If it happens a second time, do it again. It took me two tries before it stopped nagging me.

Coderhire isn't a bad place to be if you're looking for LUA help. You can post jobs to call other experienced coders to come help you with certain issues or ideas!

It's annoying and doesn't contribute to the discussion. Click the little calendar icon under a persons name to see their ban history and lengths.
