I dunno if I'm missing something but why not just show him a picture of what you created for him in-game before posting it? Yes it's retarded to open a dispute before asking but atleast then you can be 100% certain he is out to fuck you over?

I have tried my very best to work this out, I have been very accommodating noting when he told me he would be away which was fine. However I asked him numerous times if I could see some work done as depending on what they have done I would have suggestions. However it was then he refused to. I put it up that he was buzy and left it.
The second time I asked he said he wouldn't and when i asked him the third time he refused to unless I payed him money.
I only wanted to make sure things were going smoothly and because he refused to show anything unless payed more than agreed I freaked out and called a charge back as I seriously doubt I would get what I payed for.
After this he contacted me and I wished to work this out. All that was needed was him to show me some of the work as I wanted this sorted out without any problem however Toastbite was fully agaist this.
I have multiply screen shots of all our conversations if anyone wants more information.

Here is an idea, Toastibite, just show him proof? not the code, but maybe a video or a picture of what the code does in-game? Also John, if you think someone is scamming you, give them a chance to prove that they aren't, allot of the times the person hiring thinks they are getting scammed, aswell as the coder. So if one side is hesitant, don't go do some crazy dick moves on them.

I asked him three times for some sort of proof that he is working on it, such as a screen shot or whatever he was happy for, Instead all I got was you need to pay me money too see it.
Yeah sorry for putting it there, he decided to for some reason and I didn't want just one side of the story on this.

Send a message to support with transaction id, show the proofs like the profile, if he downloaded it, say how -do you dislike the chargeback- because he took your money, wait 2 days and they will give you back your money

Calling PayPal resolves everything. I used to have a person assigned to me in case I had trouble because I had so much shit in the past (first being underaged, then suspect of fraud, then negative numbers because servers had to be paid and no donations incoming for 3 weeks because of their fault, etc). Ended up being resolved by that guy as I didn't have to explain my issue every time I called. Saved me 30 minutes and waiting 3 times so they can call another department every time I called.
My first chargeback!
