Ohai.
(does the paypal phone support only speak english?)
PayPal has a phone number in almost every country in the world. However, the support callcenters are usually located in a central place (I know that for West Europe, there's one in Dublin). However, if I call the Dutch number, it won't cost me any extra money to call to Dublin, as they forward it internally.

Yeah I know that, was just wondering if there was an italian-speaking paypal callcenter, I tend to get pretty uncomfortable dealing with paypal claims and disputes, let alone calling them and having to talk in english.

;_; What happened here? Did s/he use a hacked paypal account or somethin'?
Yeah I just checked in my name was on the list.

I called paypal and the only thing they told me is that there was nothing I could do since digital goods aren't covered by seller protection ;_;

What do you mean?
What do you mean?
That PayPal in some cases will state the buyer is in favor and receives his money back. PayPal can also not do anything about chargebacks issued by credit card companies, for some reason.
However, I do recall reading that PayPal has changed their policy regarding digital goods as they are getting more and more common.
-edit-
PayPal's useragreement says (section 11.10) that non-physical objects and licenses for digital goods and services are NOT covered by seller protection. I'll call them if you want to ask them about it?
It seems this guy http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198048132773 used an alt account to buy a load of scripts in a short period of time with a different paypal account (probably hacked) than he's used previously.

Job number 777
At the time of this post, you have 7 dumbs
7 must be your lucky number
Called PayPal, they're doing fraud check on that guy with the weird name and I'll hear from them in a week and have my money returned.
Now I have been wondering for a while, but would I be 'allowed' (as in not breaking the tos) to sell some version of Lenny's scripts on ch?
Remember they aren't hacks or cheats of any kind.
Wouldn't take off because mostly server owners browse ch, but I'm still interested to know.

You didn't make them, so no.
How did I not make them? If you are talking about other people contributing to them via github, I would just write a new version that doesn't suck anyway
So to clarify my question, would clientside scripts be allowed to be sold on ch?

Wow sorry, I actually thought it was someone else who'd asked if they could sell your scripts :v:
Either way, I probably wouldn't allow them because they're already free and not the type of thing I want on CH for people to moan and cause drama about.
Well the new version wouldn't be free :v:
But yeah I can follow you with not wanting them on ch
Guess I gotta stick with ads

Thanks, that it, the report says the rights are "Shared Usage Only", while the job is "Shared Full Rights".
I'm going to disappear off the face of the earth for a few days in a couple of weeks. Would it be possible to create an auto-response to my support tickets while I'm gone?
I really love the latest scripts released, really useful for modders, i would like to see API's, like a text renderer or a really easy sql wrapper, but i think that these stuff would generate problems on licenses...

The real problem would be kids not knowing what the fuck they're buying.
I just want an answering machine for support tickets or PMs :v:

So I almost finished coding a replica of X Marks the spot for TTT (with some changes). Do I have the right to sell it on CH? It uses some content from Dota 2 (free-to-play).
