I've been helping this guy for months with various code, but I removed him today for repeatedly asking (basically begging) me to code something for him and receiving the same answer of no.
So he left me a 3 star review saying I need to be 'more human', because I didn't code something completely unrelated to the script for him.

The reason why you didn't flat-out c&p, like you told me you would was because of sasha, who told you that to proof that you don't copy and paste you should make your own, but instead of making your "own" you made your own by jacking shit, including few not fully working functions.
I'm not making any new "real" LeyAC version, nor giving you any - you can work with what you got, copy all you want, while I'm working on a huge goodbye update.

I am sorry, but a reputation like that is going to stick with you, no matter how much time has passed. Fundamentally, at the time, you thought it was ok to plagiarise. That alone raises questions if you an 'apt' to be a coder.
As for the rest, stop hiding behind a wall of text. If you don't want an argument to continue, don't contribute to it, PM or Steam is always a good alternative if you (both of you) don't want to come across as two children scrapping, trying to tarnish each other's name.

I am sure everyone has, at some point, taken a look at how someone has accomplished what he or she is trying to do. But no well accomplished code will have ever plagiarised someone else's work.
If I were in your position, I would just try releasing some of your projects open source, take constructive criticism, and better your self in every area you can. Releasing your work publicly will give you a better name, and more established in the community.

Called PP, I might get ~9$ish back for the transaction, now I am on 0 (I've taken out the money he paid thats why I am -21 and not just -9)
So I learned today scripts are expensive no matter what if you ask for a job. Even if it's based on one that already exists, or an edit of one.
I wonder if most of it has to do with me being untrusted, having a bad history, and having bans on Steam.
