So it's like you pay 5$ per week to have your script on the home page and the limit is 10 scripts on the page and if there are already 10 people can't pay to have their script there as long as there are 10. So what I said is correct ?

But yes, you are correct. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grh0tlJtViw&feature=youtu.be&t=54s

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grh0tlJtViw&feature=youtu.be&t=54s
You are right but if you look on left on bottom of my post you can see where I am from. And yes you are also right that I should have learned that in school but I never liked this sort of things (grammar, reading, writing, creating essay and compositions)
You guys are seriously going to start bugging each other because of punctuation mistakes? Please, fuck off then. Anyways, the featured scripts is a good idea, 1.50 dollars a day seems alright (maybe even a bit to low). But you should only be able to purchase like, 3 days at a time. And then have a delay of about another week from the ending day, to let others have the chance to feature their script. And 1 script per developer at a time is also very fair.
I think max 5 days is perfect and about the delay, 1 week it's to much. 1 or 2 days delay it would be perfect, so you give a chance to coders from different time zones to add their script.
The reason I've done the featured upgrades thing is because at least 20 people have asked me about it - I aren't doing it just to profit, it's a requested feature. I've also made it so we (the staff) can pick scripts to feature as Staff Picks, again coming tonight.
i find it to be a good idea. I recently started selling scripts on the site and i've already covered the cost of the monthly dev license and then some, i'd love the opportunity to show off my scripts more.
Alright, you can now upgrade your script to be featured for [del]$1.50 for 24 hours[/del] $10 for 3 days. [editline]12th August 2013[/editline] Also regarding the Staff Picks - we pick scripts we think deserve some attention. Asking for your script to be one will ensure it never will be. Bitching about somebody elses script being one will ensure none of yours ever will be.
So the staff pick the scripts that can be upgraded ?
So the staff pick the scripts that can be upgraded ?
No. They're completely separate.
If you want my two cents about it, personally I think it's a bad idea. By having the site promote scripts, paid or not, those developers tend to stay on top; above others. For Instance: There are two scripts: Both are DarkRP Printers. PrinterA and PrinterB have the same content and PrinterB is featured. Most buyers will be swayed to buy the featured, PrinterB, rather than PrinterA. The system itself creates a general 'Pay to Win', even if it is small one.

_Undefined can you please make it a requirement that any accepted weapons must contain a weapon icon. Paying for these scripts should mean that they are perfected and leaving things out like weapon icons is really annoying.
It'd be really neat if scripts had a media section in them for screenshots and videos.
Featured scripts isn't that bad, but the staff picks could be seen as biased if for example Printer Addon 1 gets featured instead of Printer Addon 2 when they both provide the same functionality.
It'd be really neat if scripts had a media section in them for screenshots and videos.
I've suggested it and apparently its planned.
Was happy that my script got put in the staff picks, but it's the one that already has 33 purchases. No one left to buy it, man.
Staff picks != Free advertisement
There needs to be alternate payment methods besides just paypal.
If my "Developers Subscription" runs out, are scripts that I've uploaded removed or locked?
If my "Developers Subscription" runs out, are scripts that I've uploaded removed or locked?
People who have purchased your stuff can still download them, but your scripts are put into a state where they cannot be purchased. Buying another subscription puts them back in a saleable state again.
There was a lot of debate over it but is it ok for people to post alternatives for scripts? There is a script called 'TTT Basics Pack' (http://coderhire.com/scripts/view/280) it provides features that have been released a long time ago for free, I feel like all this guy has done is put other peoples work together which they released for free and now he is making money out of it. There is no purchases on it yet but I think that it is unfair that people will pay for this.
It shouldn't have been approved and I'll find out why it was.
Ok, thanks
It'd be really neat if scripts had a media section in them for screenshots and videos.
Alright, you can add additional images and youtube videos to a media tab. Re-ordering them coming soon.
Will you be able to use links for images? Because I usually just upload a shit-ton of screenshots.
