Did you already added the ability to sell scripts ??
I assume the Moderators will be going through the scripts to make sure everything is valid and working.
Yeah, it's pretty much done. Just doing some final things and testing before it goes live. I still need a few more people with scripts to add though.
summarised: coderhire is back
Legendary announcement my friend. Glad this is back, I really missed it.

For Instance: I buy a HUD from Boowman for $5. I sell it on CoderHire for $10.
We'll be checking each script to make sure it's not stolen as best we can. If it turns out to be stolen then the people who bought it can try get a refund for it from the seller.
You could also allow the seller to post some screenshots with the script and the buyer can see if the HUD already exists or something like that.
Yeah, there's already required screenshots and a report function like jobs.
Hello.
A way to comment on a persons profile would be pretty good to have. Also please add a PM system. I don't really want to tell people to email me in case they have problems with a script, and having them add me on Steam is also a bit annoying. Usually people (including myself), just deny "random" invites from people you don't know. A way to send people a private message on CoderHire would be the best. That way you keep the communication about scripts and jobs on the page, and not via email or Steam.
If you are posting a script and someone is buying the scrip it will be automatically removed? So only one person can have that script none else. If you are thinking that other coders can recreate someone that you created and sell it and you don't get the money but if you are selling it again you can have the money. I don't know if you understand what I meant but I hope you did.
No idea what you were saying but I'll clarify how it works anyway. Scripts are sold an unlimited amount of times. If somebody tries to upload a similar or same script, it won't be allowed on the site. If somebody leaks a script, and then somebody with a leaked copy needs help then the author will know not to help them because they have a list of valid steam users/paypal transaction ids for their scripts.
Well, I was pumped to go and sell some of my scripts that I have; then this blew my day.
You shouldn't get hold off by a little 10 dollar payment to undefined. If you have something proper to sell, you'll earn those money back in no time. I just purchased my subscription today, and uploaded two scripts. I've already sold one copy of a 7 dollar script, and its not even been 12 hours since I published it.
Perhaps add a demo where you can upload a single script?
And just now I spent all my money from PayPal. Fuck.
I don't think $10 is too much for this, obviously a lot of work has gone into the site and hosting isnt free either. It's very much worth it, too, i've already gotten back the subscription cost 4 times and the script has been up for only 2 days.

I understand what all of you are saying, I really do, but getting your script sold is completely circumstantial; It all depends if your script is even wanted in the first place - A Gamble.
I've just put two files up for sale (Waiting for approval), I hope my 10$ were worth it. But the other way, I fully agree that Undefined deserves my 10$.
Make something amazing and you're guaranteed to make it back.
The Scripts section is really cool. Any chance you could add a comments section to it, along with reviews? I think it'd be really useful, since I wanna ask a couple of questions on some of the stuff.
Added desktop notifications for those using Chrome.
Added desktop notifications for those using Chrome.
I am using Chrome and what do you mean by desktop notifications ?

I had somebody add me on Steam yesterday to ask questions, which is totally fine, but having a comment section would also be very nice. Also what about the ability for the coder (only the coder), to reply to reviews.
I am using Chrome and what do you mean by desktop notifications ?
If you visit coderhire.com using Chrome it comes up with a notification asking to allow desktop notifications. So if you get a notification on CoderHire it will show a notification on your desktop.

I'll add comments to scripts. It'll be like the jobs ones, no threading. And the PM system too.

It shows for everybody, which is perfectly fine ;)
