Have you considering fiddling the notification system to make it less intrusive and spammy? Its great to get an email if you aren't actively on the website just to let you know something has changed, a new comment has been posted or a script has been updated but waking up to 20+ notifications and the same amount of emails is kind of annoying :(
But thank god for stacking emails

Have you considered stacking notifications for things such as comments, so if a couple more comments are posted after a notification is already sent within a certain timeframe, it could still appear in one update.

Just an idea, I usually just look for keywords and things that I actually want to look at and then end up deleting them all anyway.
Also, please change the cancel button to orange on the delete all notifications page. Every time I go to delete my notifications its the first thing I notice.

Atleast you get stacked e-mails.

You are getting so many boxes.., people must really want to help you move out.
@
Also, a suggestion...
How about adding a notification that someone has read your PM? It would improve the judgement in cases where someone got a negative feedback because he wasn't trying to contact the hirer.
How exactly did Snorlaxs make money from CoderHire?
Indirectly through donations from people on his server, apparently.
Probably sold admin for like £10

I hate such servers, they are mostly bad and any 'rage' kid can get powers.

People that will buy admin are not good admins. If they want to be admin so much that they would pay for it, they are not doing it for the right reasons.
Also how is selling admin on their server getting money from CoderHire?
Why is this kid getting this thread so much off topic? Nobody should care how he has made money for whatever he claims. It's unrelated to CoderHire anyways, as we all know he can't do shit there anymore, and should probably just be permanently removed from there instead of having him lurk around and be stupid on this thread.

I was concerned he was selling other people's work, as that's not allowed and he does not have the ability/mental capacity to do it himself.
Is there any way to collaborate with other coders to support their scripts with yours? For example, my http://coderhire.com/scripts/view/271 system doesn't work with http://coderhire.com/scripts/view/279
I'm not entirely sure, but to add functionality to mine for his printers would require me to purchase them, which I won't do... Sort of grey area here.

Its most because the script i bought i say it
Using donation money from your community for your own needs. Good fucking idea.
I think it would be a nice feature to start displaying if scripts are compatible with other scripts (marked by the author on both scripts).
One author would mark that their script is compatible with another, and if the other author then marks their script as compatible with the original script, both scripts would display (probably on another tab, maybe) that the script is compatible with the other.
Good idea? Bad idea? Suggestions building on the idea?

How would developers test compatibility when neither has access to the other's code. OR wants to trust them with it?

It'd only work if the developers work together. If they can't manage that then too bad really.

The developer's i've asked have reacted rather badly so I never bothered again. Hence my previous post. Haven't asked Netheous yet.

At the end of the day, it's revenue, and that's how people see it. They're rather protective of monetary value.

Would it not be better to mark a few scripts as incompatible instead of a lot that are compatible?
