Suggestion no 1: Browsing members on coderhire should be allowed without logging in, so I can for example link paypal support to his profile so they can see what did he get banned for.
Suggestion no 2: There should be info in the list of purchases (or an icon) telling us if the person has downloaded script atleast once (even the revoked ones)

If he has started a dispute on the cash he paid you, you should mail paypal.
If they get more than 2 mails, they'll turn the disputes down.

Sadly, there is no way to verify that the banned account belongs to that specific paypal account (even tho it should be providen in some way while purchasing a script)

PayPal don't care if someone was banned. Call them and tell them it's for a digital purchase and they'll close it in your favour.

Already did, althought I had to mail them instead of responding to the dispute because I've only had options such as:
-The purchased product has been given
-The purchased product hasn't been given
-The purchased product has been taken and money has been refunded.
Or something like that.
Or you could call them, because it will take a while before they reply to your mail.

You should allow Trusted hirers or anyone for x amount of month on the site to post a job instantly without the need of a moderator approval, just a thought.
You'd be surprised at the amount of terrible jobs posted with stupid tags and no proper descriptions, even by trusted hirers.
The tags system is what decides who gets notifications, so anyone could add an unrelated tag to a job to get more views - which results in spam notifications and emails.
So in conclusion, that's not gonna happen.

So [url=http://coderhire.com/users/view/4472]Captain Sparkly[/url] bought [url=http://coderhire.com/scripts/view/563]dbugr[/url], this person asked me for insistence via a PM telling me the script wasn't working. I said I'd add him on steam, which I did. He replied to my reply saying I'd add him on steam with "could you add my developer? he's the one doing the work.", I replied "sure, give me his steam".
I went to bed after sending that last PM, when I woke up and got on my PC, there was no reply, but [url=http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198061335920/]Tyler[/url] had added me on steam. This person claimed to be the developer of the server that someone had purchased the script for. He replied with "sorta" when I asked.
Skip forward about an hour of testing why things weren't working and the developer told me that he is in fact not the developer but the owner of the server and that Captain Sparkly, the person who bought the script was a moderator of his server. The owner used Captain Sparkly's account to buy the scripts. I didn't care and said because I was very sick at the time that I'd take a look into it later.
The same day Captain Sparkly had told me that Tyler permanently banned him and demoted him from his server, they both said that they were both dicks and I had no reason to believe one over the other .
Even if I did believe one guy rather than the other, it made no difference to me.
The day after this happened (today) I told Tyler that I was ready to help him with stuff and a few messages later he explained that Captain Sparkly had leaked my scripts.

He also explained later on that he Tyler used Captain Sparkly's account because he was permanently banned by IP from coderhire.

Amazingly enough, no one has publicly released my entire add-on, although my client-side has been dumped, an old version at least.

Tick Send a note to paypal and explain them what happen, link them to proof that he bought the script, lost access to it and that he currently has it on his server.
That's what I did, a kid disputed 3 payments about his custom class on my darkrp server, after doing the above I won the dispute

I believe he was perma'd before CoderHire even started up due to being on the scammers list from the old "lua coder hire" thread. He told me it was because of a dispute and he paid him back, but you never know with these sorts of people, his steam account is on trade probation too.

I just deleted a comment I had typos in to re-comment and add a bit more things and tried to re-comment, but the error message said something liek -1367128386 seconds until I could post.

Dropped the featured upgrade price to $2.50 for jobs and scripts.
I love that people are still buying my old scripts such as weed plant, money printers.
But I really should add some new script, I haven't uploaded anything new for like 2 months I guess.
