After a couple of days, Jaanus made 2 models (silenced sniper and a defib) and gave it to Phoenix to use on his OWN server.

After a couple of days or weeks, Jaanus messages me about Phoenix selling addons on the Game Pioneers website. He was ALSO selling the custom defib model with the defib addon (which he probably didnt even make) and the silenced sniper model. Jaanus talked to Phoenix and he refused to give him a cut of the sales or even a credit somewhere.

I'll remove the models from the download then. Not hard. For a start off, the models are publicly available, and were packed for ease of use. It should never have even been approved if this is disallowed (BEFORE we talked about that Adam). I seem to remember you telling me about that, with my Holy Hand Grenade. WHICH if you remember, I ended up making my own models for, which you SAW the proof for.
Why are you bringing up something from around... let's say nearly two years ago Knoxed? That chat log seems to have something missing, however I can't quite place what it is, since it was THAT long ago.
You should talk to be first about this adam, instead of jumping to conclusions, somebody is twisting the truth to their own advantage in a way that is pretty downright cruel.

No, however you realise how easy a mistake it is to make to include a model with your work. I was under the impression that gmod.org models are free to use/if it was wrong to have packed them in the first place you could have either removed it/told me to remove it. Isn't garrysmod.org under an "open license" or there might not even be one.

It wouldn't have been intentional if it wasn't fine to do so. Yes, you made me remove the one's I packed with my HHG and I started learning modelling from a friend to add my own. I then contacted "Freeman", who we spoke about creating a model for and never got any further. You yourself directed me to him.
What my point here is, the models were under my impression that they were under an open license, or NO license, aka, do what you want license. Since that is how gmod.org works. If you disagree with this, then just let me remove them and link them in the description. That's the compromise. They were only packed so it's easier to use, less support requests.
The script should have never been approved in the first place, and it would have prevented this. A quick ping to me would have them linked outside the addon. But you'd rather go down this method, after everything i've tried to do for you.

We're going down this route because this is the second time. I was understanding the first time with the F4 menu. After that, you posted lots of scripts that sold well, I made you a forum moderator because you helped me and I trusted you again, but it seems you're still not above low underhanded practices of selling other peoples work, even though they specifically told you they aren't happy about it.

This is in no way, recent. Nor had anything to do WITH coderhire, and this happened before coderhire even existed. This is just digging up dirt in the past, that I wasn't especially proud of, but got pissed off when my community shut down.

Some models have licenses/credits, as the original maker wasn't the uploader.
The ones that don't, and are the original makers upload, either have a license or they don't. In this case, they don't.
