Great news Noi and that one other person who wants bitcoin payments.

Coming soon™.
If you add bitcoins they will be able to pay with bitcoins or paypal depending what the seller is accepting ?
Because I don't want to use bitcoins, I am fine with paypal.

Of course, why would I throw paypal out and force bitcoin? That's stupid.
i would never use coderhire again if it forced bitcoins
Again, why would I force them why I aren't even going to accept them myself.
Here is the perfect reason for not forcing them.

I meant like, if someone (since some people really want bitcoin) would want to pay with bitcoin since I don't like it and I don't want it, they!! will be forced to buy my script using paypal. Maybe there is some conversion but never heard of bitcoin before people started talking about it.

Look up how coinbase works, you get paid in your local currency if you want. They even guarantee you the money you priced it at even if there's a crash on that day.
So there's pretty much no difference for you + you give customers more payment options, which is always a good thing.

Speaking of which... I would like to suggest new payment method: Paying in nature.
Now jokes aside, is anyone else getting a huge lag while clicking "View in dev. dashboard" on any of the scripts?

It'd be great to some have API to check wether a SteamID has purchased a script.
I'm making a website that allows users to create custom things for my script, but I don't want everybody to be allowed to use it. (leaks)
Send me a PM.
Have done. Thanks
I kind of wish there were some alternative to the subscription system... like some way to just sell a script here and there without ever really having to make a commitment to get the most out of the subscription, or even just for people to test the water of coderhire. I wouldn't even mind if there was a high commission on scripts/jobs sold like this (although there's probably a reason why you don't use that system), part of me just wants to try it out.

Send me a PM of what you're planning to sell and we'll work something out.
What happened to staff pick scripts? It seems the only way to get to the front page now is to have a new script or pay for it.

Just thinking of something, why not have the scripts pay for themselves? Meaning, you post a script and once sales reach over $10, you start receiving the profits for that month.
Why is that there, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Adam make it disappear I can't take it anymore.
Idk why it bothers me so much but it does.

Because payment is made directly to the author

Pray telling me... how many scripts have you added to the shop?

One this is that people who choose to discontinue their subscription would not get payed as they are 'forced' to go into the next month. And isn't it $15 a month
I think the current method is fine
oh awesome I just gave support to a guy that was banned months ago for being an asshole and reversing payments who was using a leaked copy of my script.

I try to prevent steam invites not because their banned but because later I will get invites to servers and be asked to help them with something not related to my self or coderhire. This happened so much that I finally snapped and update my steam profile and ch scripts to state such.
Is coderhire down for anybody else?

and it's back!
Most sellers will end up hating PayPal.
Remove PayPal you lose vast majority of sales.
It's a lose lose situation, we all hate PayPal but we have to keep it and since all sellers keep it everyone still uses it.

Then name a different payment method, not being bitcoin. Paypal atm is the most convenient since most people use that as their default platform.
I know alertpay is another good platform that I've seen used on seller/buyer websites.
Something that people can't refund abuse
