Eh, appearently people are smart enough to steal scripts and try to sell them to others, but they aren't smart enough to make own scripts and let them sell themselves.

Well, I just checked out Coder-Launch for the first time and wow.
I'm surprised anybody at all even contributes to it. Nearly every page I went to was terrible grammar, not professional at all.
I've never been banned from CoderHire, so I don't exactly know the unban policy. But I think you should be able to request an unban, unless it's something like leaking scripts, that's not justifiable in any sense.

Seems like the ban threshold on CoderHire is fairly high, so most bans wouldn't need the ability to appeal.
Searched some common strings, here's a quick overview of the results:
58 - Leaking, re-selling or using leaked scripts
42 - Alt account
7 - Other or no reason listed
4 - Scamming or chargebacks
2 - Trolling
1 - "Claiming to have hacked CoderHire"
In all the CH team seems to have kept professional in it's banning and reasons (with a few anomalies like the one below), despite some complaining otherwise.

Coderhire has pro's and con's, The rep system is a good example.
CH is getting slower. ~3s wait on the homepage, ~18s wait going through the script listings.
