You do realise how VAT/VATMOSS works right? Having a valid VAT number does not exempt you from paying the VAT tax, only the buyer's location does..

In France, you can ask to "don't pay" take it back this tax if you have a company.
Its an option I should have on my website for at least french people.

As a developer I do not find or place any trust in your (horribly designed) site that would be taking commissions from my work and claims to pay VAT for me, yet doesn't understand the basics. I would be holding your site fully accountable for any issues I would have with tax.

Your NAF is wrong and the business is dormant since 2014 (Not trading) and you haven't reported it as being non-dormant.
Legally you can't be trading as that business with sourcemod.market right now as your activity is wrong.
