damn that plants and bushes look really good.
You're making the same error. Your atmospheric perspective is screwed up. You have good lighting in the front, but as you go into the distance it looks like the sky and the skyscrapers are painted in with a flat brush. Here, read this: http://www.arthints.com/what-is-atmospheric-perspective/
I think the best advice I can give you is to spawn a very long stick that runs along the floor of your scene here. For example if you put a stick along the floor starting in the lower right corner and stretch it into the distance, it would probably touch the skyscraper's roof. It's not supposed to do that.
If you're going for the look where the entire scene is up high on top of a mountain of brick piles, then you have to actually bring those skyscrapers down and create a white fog underneath & around them.
TLDR, as you go further away from the camera, it's supposed to get more foggy and desaturated, especially if you're going for a scenebuild that's high up in the elevation.
Two fast, rabbit-themed ones. The lurking Breen was kinda fun to make.

Fairly good looking, nice detail, but I have a couple problems/suggestions:
One. Set 'r_projectedtexture_filter' to 0 in the console, and set the FOV, NearZ, and FarZ soft lamps to cover ONLY your scene, this will create very sharp, realistic shadows rather than the ones you have now.
And, when you're using terrain props like that for the ground, make sure to keep it away from the camera, if it is too close to the camera the viewer can notice the polygons in the terrain, for example when you look closely, you can notice the spikes in the prop, and also the textures, as they look very low res.
Here I highlighted some of the noticeable polygons, keep in mind there are a lot more than this:

You can't leave stuff like this, because it can ruin your suspension of disbelief, especially for a historical pic.
If you want ground close to the camera but you want to avoid this, either try using different assets with more polygons, or you can try scaling the asset down a lot.
I will do it but sure, but is there high poly mud props tho?
CODWW2 prop pack has a mud tracks model in the 'Deco' folder, its one of the props with an invisible clipboard image.

Concept for the map I'm getting made with my models
You might be trying to copy a submaterial that doesn’t exist from some prop, set the submaterial setting to 1 at the very top
It worked, thanks, but what is strange is that when the bug started the submaterial was already at 1, so I don't know what caused that.

Am so lazy
Ohhh, it's coming along nicely. Spend the whole weekend making models

I feel really self-conscious posting in this thread with all the well-made images with the dynamic lightning and stuff but I´ve always prefered the old-school "weird things are happening" Garry's Mod images, myself.
