You really should use atmospheric haze to create some actual depth (and a more natural look) in these shots. Try some slight fog for that.
im pretty sure they already added some sort of mild haze with the blue tint, and i personally like that
The blue tint is part of the photoshopped background and does not touch any of the in-game assets.

still stand by what I said, the bombs are way off, and given the bombing is the subject of the picture, they should be repositioned to reflect basic physics - the bomber has a thruster and the bombs instead have friction, so they should tail behind the bomber rather than infront of it, then angles dont make sense, why is one bomb horizontal, the other vertical, and the another diagonal?

Facial expression is great. Color should've been a bit more desaturated. Use blur. Maybe some motion blur. Too much detail in the distance which distracts from the great facial expression which the eye is drawn towards.
Since RE2 is out i decided to make something, a simple picture of two unlikely survivors:an RPD officer and an UBCS mercenary making their escape in the alleyways near the RPD station.
