An alliance between the RGC and the UPA has the potential to be something grand indeed, however the RGC's leadership has doubts considering the UPA's foreign policy and general attitude. The common view of the UPA within the country is that they're amateur and naïve do-gooders unprepared for the utter brutality and harshness within the rest of the world. Its believed that the Colonialists are more of the socialist side of the JCF whilst the Totalists are usually right or centre. The group has not split or fought each other but the cracks are starting to appear with certain groups wearing symbols relating to their side. Some Sumatran paramilitary members and thrill seekers have journeyed to the island to join the conflict on the side of the JCF, however the Sumatran government has made it clear it has no affilation with the conflict. It has however refused to comment on the suggestion to stop armed fighters journeying to the island itself. Overall the rebellion has had its bumps but is steadily advancing through the country. The blue mountains are the hottest zone with constant anti-air attacks and ground ambushes creating a trap for the Jamaican army to get caught in. The northern coast line has been taken however the set of mountains and thick jungle surrounding Kingston create a sturdy barrier for the Jamaican army to hold the rebels back which is costing nastily as it continues. Approximately 563 rebels have died so far with 5 of them blowing themselves up after driving off a bridge.

The Southern Herreran marine invasion force has today established a frontline around the outskirts of Birmingham.
