Hello guys, I have a problem with a Blender animation. I want to add an object animation to gmod but I do no know how to do it. Do you have a video or tips for me. (Sorry for m'y very bad english im french)
If you already have an animation, download this plugin: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Blender_Source_Tools . pls provide screenshots of your topology from Blender. Keep in mind that you have to animate stuff with help of bones, or use vertex animation (idk how to do vertex animations).
Hello thank you for your answer. Here are some pictures of Blender and my animation : Blender source tools : https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/395623/b1f00521-166c-4fde-a341-40faf48e3a22/blenderfacepucnh.PNG My animation : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tBwjhWkAtE https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/395623/a9790a63-331e-4140-a6cc-cab54a39ef70/facepunch.PNG However i have two question : 1) How do I save my animation to a file ? 2) How i Import in gmod with compile.qc ? Thank you in advance if you answer me
First of all, do you have armature/bones in it ? You have to animate skeleton. Not just dragging separate objects/vertexes. As I can see, In Group properties on the right side of the screen - you have multiple objects. This is incorrect. Sorry, but you'll have to create your animation again, but from the good side - youll improve the quality.
