how many slots can i get on my server with 1.08 gb of ram

I want to make my own server but i dont have enough money to host it on one of those server hosting sites. I was wondering how many players i can get on my server with 1.08 gb of ram

I´d say you could get up to 24 players or so although it may be a bit wonky.
