Keep getting timeouts when trying to download files.
hello, its very worse, the downloads takes a long years to connect and goes down to 5 kb/s, sorry for my bad english.
Woah... years?
Its fine for me :) AU TPG :)
Hi, I'm downloading some mods and it goes down to 10 kb\s. I was wondering if you could fix this problem, so it doesnt take a long time to download some files... Thank you for your attention
Sometimes the option of view content is disable and i can open the pics and other times happened the opposite.
Speeds are like ass. Reads 2 Hours to download 2.7 MBs.
Speeds are absolutely rotten.
Slow to connect to the site and slow downloads.
Back to normal for me and faster when im on a good connection thanks to garry the great! Btw all of you having problems after a while they become alot less frequent cause s3 is weird like that...
i find it very slow at the moment
Garry should get a DL server for Western US, Eastern US, South America, Europe, Western Asia, Eastern Asia, Australia, and maybe one in Africa. Small cheap servers of course, But the DL time would be cut in half or more.
I don't see how people are saying its slow! I load gmod.org and it appears in less than a second, the browsing is quick too and the downloading speed is better than it use to be (instead of 10kb/s get like 500kb/s)
Apparent forum issue: Unable to change thread icon (I hope I am reporting it to you in the right place Garry)

It's MUCH faster now. Thanks garry.
Slow and worse... Cos every fucking time i try downloading something it gives me coblitz.cooden link mensage and the page doesn't loads... I managed to download only 1 thing... Tacos rule
ok now it's like random. Occasionally, it's like 500+ kb/s but most times it's like 3 kb/s. I would prefer it to always be, and stay at 500+ kb/s :D
Yeah well speeds are not relly stable.. once they are @ 10-40 kbps and then they're @ 230 kbps :S PLUS now I can not upload any files! This really sux! once I finished the upload It just jumps back to garrysmod.org's main page! It IS a standard .zip file before you ask..
Anyone please help, i can't download anything, cause coblitz cooden gives me a problem mensage! and i can't download anything.
Slow? i am getting 1 mb/s!!! holy s*
It fluctuates quite a lot.
:\
What exactly did Garry do to the Garrysmod.org server?
The server itself is on the same host as Facepunch, etc. (Amazon EC2), but he moved all the uploaded files to Amazon S3.
Which is obviously not better than the last (not for me at least.)
It's not letting me download at all. =/
Which is obviously not better than the last (not for me at least.)
There's nothing wrong with the server itself, it's the CDN (I think).
It's not letting me download at all. =/
Cbrain explained how to fix like > coblitz.cooden/somethingtodownload>;:,dsa,x,zxmzxc So you delet coblitz.cooden and ( dont delet this -> / ): /somethingtodownload>;:,dsa,x,zxmzxc And the download starts
