He's just representing a community, asking for some volunteers, and giving people the option to donate.

He clearly specifies that to be a recruit, you pay $10. This of course, is [b]really[/b] frowned upon throughout the GMod community. Donations always should be to keep the server running. I know exactly why you would consider "selling" something like that - I contribute a reasonable amount to my community which has to pay in excess of £100 for hosting. But in the end, all you will get from it is flaming (And no money)
