He simply did not have time for it and I do not know how the explanation could get much easier to understand then that. As for the donation money, a lot of it went into paying for the servers, most of it got charged back at the end of PE and the last remaining bits of it went towards directly funding and starting up PD. I do not exactly recall him ever saying anything about him spending PE donation money on personal items but I may have missed him admitting that too if he posted his personal bank records somewhere, unless of course it is yet ANOTHER rumor.
