My server, running like a charm at the time of this post (though I'm fucking around with admin mods, so it's going to restart a lot until I get shit all fix'd). I'm not going to post an IP, for fear that may change, but it's Lavacano's Madhouse.
But the answer is obvious.
British users are running out of money to keep paying the server hosters, and therefore it gets shut down...

Rated clock. Chillzone is also shit. They have no idea what a reasonably nice UI should look like, and their changes to ZS are shitty.
I realize this thread is over a year old, well over, but to anyone comming in reporting this issue, I belive xenon servers, (very very popular serverhost company) is having maitnence issues. My server has gone down several times, followed by strange behavior/unavailability of the menu. This occured several times last week, but I belive its over
