If you recruit your admins randomly just by filling out an application on the FP forums, I'd be worried about how well they'll actually do their job.

Right instead of acting like a complete arse like most of the above I'm going to give you straight simple answers and advice:
You [b]may[/b] be able to host 12 players but with props, shipments, deaths and door ownage it will increase the pool rate as well as your lag. You can not argue with that because it is true and anyone here will tell you.
A clan for garrys mod can only be accomplished in mainly build or spacebuild servers. Never roleplay. What was your expectations of a clan for roleplay because I generally just don't see an idea, it's just a name with no ambition.
Just cancel your server and maybe make a build one which is more stable because no one is playing your server.
