hmm, i want it to be sort of cleaner, smoother, i keep getting lua errors, this is prbably because of mods, but i dont know maybe a tool to automaticly update all mods and fix it by its self faster or more efficient loading times as well maybe O.o
Not for spawn icons unfortunately, but they may load a millisecond or two quicker.
It would be awesome if there was a mod list in-game that would prompt an auto-update of addons that are selected. The game could have a built-in SVN. Dear goodness that would be so so nice
Numpads and gibs Sarah let me work today. I did some good coding. Numpads You know in GMod how you make a wheel, and you choose which numpad keys to control it? Well I got rid of that today. Now you can choose any key. Including any joystick or mouse buttons. HL1 Gibs I fixed HL1 gibs not spawning properly :) NPC Tab NPC icons are now like regular spawn icons. The tab is gone, instead of there’s a node on the spawnmenu tree. You can drag them and organise them into your spawnlists :) I’ve got more plans for this - so no screenshots yet. Beta I’ve got a couple of harsh changes I want to make before the beta, but I’m hoping to start it next week. It will be a closed beta and I’ll be handing out keys to people I feel will be able to contribute to the process. Live version I fixed the filesystem permission bug today. I hope he add's a favourite props list. I hate it sometimes when you can't find that specific prop you really need. Or, can you do this already?

So then, are we going to be able to make buttons for every key now too? And how will those work through to the spawning player? Imagine setting up like, a ship's bridge, but it controls your player instead.

Hey now, wire is still useful for automation and actual fly-by-wire type systems. But more flexible manual controls is unf oh god yes. And then imagine when wiremod itself takes advantage of those inputs.

I'd quite like to see improved vortigaunt AI. All they do at the moment is blast lightning. It'd be nice to see them do all the other stuff they do in EP2 (the shockwave, antlion grabbing etc).
