No I meant is that a plugin for visual studio, it looks like it gives you a preview of your code and you can scroll down it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't they only have been scripted if the entire antlion swarm event had been scripted? As in, the antlions would have to have been told where to go and when to die if they weren't legitimate attacks. As far as I can tell, the swarm event isn't scripted as things don't seem to happen the same every time.
It seems to me like the vortigaunts only used these attacks if conditions were correct, like they were surrounded or there was an antlion up close. I'm pretty sure that if that's the case, the attacks could be usable in gmod as those conditions probably aren't that rare or difficult to recreate.

Will there be a public beta before the official update?
I'm hoping for a fixed Mac version. He has neglected to fix a lot of Mac errors and the inability to load most TF2 maps on lower-end computers. That's what I'm desperate for.

Garry, if by some chance you read this with our different timezones, will you ever add gmod kinect that was made by that physicst? You said in your blog with a win 7 link? Are you going to add that to gmod at some point in time? If not, where was the win 7 link you posted because all I can find is this "Made for mac" one. And on another note, did you ever contact those insurgency developers so we could mount content into gmod? :D

He already did. Code a module or use an existing one to make Kinect pass gestures as inputs and you'll be set for the new Gmod.

far as I know force feedback is done with software drivers and not an interface so no.

Neat, almost like the animating character portrait in the upcoming DOTA 2 and other titles Blizzard made such as Starcraft! I wonder if, this update thing will also have Bone Manipulation (just in case a model with multiple bones, not a static prop, doesn't have any animations)
